A member of our crew will reach out to you to verify your booking. We may also reach out via email as well. You should receive a confirmation email after booking. At this point, they will answer any questions you may have regarding your boat tour or fishing charter. Our crewmate normally makes contact approximately 48 hours before the booking date. Sometimes this may happen earlier or later depending on the logistics of the service.

You should bring items that help protect you from the sun, such as a hat, sunscreen, and a towel. Additionally, please bring your own snorkeling gear.

Our boats are not completely shaded. It has partial shading, and so we recommend all passengers to bring items to help shade from the sun any other external weather conditions.

Absolutely! While we can't guarantee all requests, we can often swap certain activities depending on the tour (Half-Day, Full-Day, or Fishing Charters). Just let us know what you have in mind!

If this were to happen, you would be fully refunded as the weather cannot be 100% accurate leading to the booking date.

Yes, we have a toilet on the boat which is used for emergencies.

For our Full Day Boat Tours and Fishing Charters, our times are not absolute as we understand people may want to leave a little later in the day (As late as 10 am).

Depending on our schedule, we can also alter times for the Half Day Boat Tours and Fishing Charters.

Yes, as long as it is at least 24 hours before your booking date. This will provide us with sufficient time to inform our captain.

Lunch is not included in any of our boating services. However, in our Full Day Boat Tours, we go to Staniel Cay where a restaurant is located. There you may purchase meals at a separate cost.

The private boat tours and fishing charters allow you and your group to have the beautiful Exuma islands all to yourself! Your group will be able to fully enjoy the boat in privacy with your captain.

Our Public Exuma Boat Services allow anyone to book and share their boating and fishing experiences with others.

We can provide contact information for local drivers in Exuma that will facilitate your commuting needs. Their fees are completely separate from Crystal Bay Boat Excursions and is paid in cash.

Yes you may, if you choose to do so. We provide beer along with light snacks, beverages, and water.

Absolutely. Our boat tours and fishing charters are suited for beginners as they are completely guided by the captain. Our captain is very experienced and always has the clients' best interest and safety put first. Your bookings will provide fishing gear and bait for the fishing charters. For the boat tours you will not have to pay any additional fees for the activities provided on the individual islands. We do not provide snorkeling equipment as this tends to be something the client has a best fit for.

Yes, however, this depends on the circumstance. Such as; children taking up less space or the group is comfortable having additional people on the boat exceeding the seat limit. We want you to be comfortable, and we found that a 10 seat limit was the best policy. You can only book up to 12 maximum. However, you may be able to book up to 14 if you have a significant number of children. this will have to be clarified when you reach out to us via our email (crystalbayexuma@gmail.com) or by using the request a quote form. Please note: Inquiring or booking for a group that exceeds the 10 seat limit will incur additional seat costs.

Crystal Bay Exuma does in fact provide snorkeling services in both the boat and fishing services. Our experienced guides will be sure to ensure that you snorkel if you choose to do so based on the state of the environment. They will know the best places to go to allow you to snorkel to your heart's content. Please note: snorkeling equipment not provided.
