Departing from Barraterre Dock at the northern end of Great Exuma gives us a massive head start. We are located right next to world-class coastal reef systems, meaning we spend less time commuting and more time with lines in the water.
⚠️ Important Booking Notices:
We are located in EXUMA, not Nassau. Please ensure your accommodations are on Exuma prior to booking. This full-day combo cannot be done as a ferry day-trip from Nassau.
Snorkeling Gear: To ensure the best fit and highest sanitary standards, please bring your own personal mask and snorkel gear.
Pickups and Drop-offs: It is made independently by a 3rd party service, which requires additional payments to the driver via cash.
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule Policy: To reschedule, email us at crystalbayexuma@gmail.com and our team will see what is available or possible based on our availability and weather conditions. Cancellation Policy: All refunds will be issued in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. In addition, a 4% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts to cover payment processing costs. Early Cancellations (at least 25 hours before Booking Date): If you cancel before 24 hours leading to your booking date, you will receive a refund totaling to 96% of the total amount paid. The processing fee of 4% is non-refundable for all payments made. Same-day Cancellation: You may cancel anytime before the booking date. If cancel on the booking date. that will be seen as a no-show which will incur 0% refund on all transactions. Cancellations within 24 hours of Booking Date: If you cancel 24 hours before your booking date and time, we have the right to retain 25% of the total amount paid.
