OVERVIEW Our boat tour in Exuma, Bahamas, promises to provide an enjoyable boating experience throughout the Exuma islands. The Full-Day Boat Tour will make its way to Staniel Cay, where a restaurant is located. There, you will be able to have lunch if you wish. Cancellation Policy
Reschedule Policy: To reschedule, email us at crystalbayexuma@gmail.com and our team will see what is available or possible based on our availability and weather conditions. Cancellation Policy: All refunds will be issued in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. In addition, a 4% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts to cover payment processing costs. Early Cancellations (at least 25 hours before Booking Date): If you cancel before 24 hours leading to your booking date, you will receive a refund totaling to 96% of the total amount paid. The processing fee of 4% is non-refundable for all payments made. Same-day Cancellation: You may cancel anytime before the booking date. If cancel on the booking date. that will be seen as a no-show which will incur 0% refund on all transactions. Cancellations within 24 hours of Booking Date: If you cancel 24 hours before your booking date and time, we have the right to retain 25% of the total amount paid.
