Departing from Barraterre Dock gives us immediate access to the beautiful northern cays, meaning less time commuting and more time exploring. Once you book, our crew will reach out to coordinate your seamless arrival.
⚠️ Important Booking Notices:
We are located in EXUMA, not Nassau. Please ensure your flights and accommodations are in Exuma prior to booking. We cannot accommodate guests trying to take a day-trip by public ferry from Nassau.
Snorkeling Gear: Please bring your own masks and snorkels.
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule Policy: To reschedule, email us at crystalbayexuma@gmail.com and our team will see what is available or possible based on our availability and weather conditions. Cancellation Policy: All refunds will be issued in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. In addition, a 4% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts to cover payment processing costs. Early Cancellations (at least 25 hours before Booking Date): If you cancel before 24 hours leading to your booking date, you will receive a refund totaling to 96% of the total amount paid. The processing fee of 4% is non-refundable for all payments made. Same-day Cancellation: You may cancel anytime before the booking date. If cancel on the booking date. that will be seen as a no-show which will incur 0% refund on all transactions. Cancellations within 24 hours of Booking Date: If you cancel 24 hours before your booking date and time, we have the right to retain 25% of the total amount paid.
